ABBEY OF SAINT-HILAIRE VINTAGE MERITAGE is an exceptional blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is very complex with a soft velvety texture that features blackberry, red cherry cocoa and spice box flavors finishing with a touch of vanilla from oak aging for one year. It will pair beautifully with roasted meats, grilled sausage, pasta and mild cheeses.

Abbey of Saint Hilaire is the only French wine recognized by the Meritage Association.

ABBEY OF SAINT-HILAIRE PINOT NOIR is and elegant Pinot Noir that delivers aromas of cherries and earth with generous juicy flavors of raspberry and plum. It is intense yet delicately balanced with nice mineral overtones and a hint of hazelnut from 7 months of oak aging. this wine is a perfect match for grilled salmon, penne with sausage and mushrooms, roast chicken or sauteed scampi with garlic.

AOC LIMOUX CHARDONNAY 

ABBEY OF SAINT-HILAIRE VINTAGE CHARDONNAY is richly honeyed on the nose. This floral chardonnay is a stunning wine with depth and concentration. Apricot, with layers of mineral, toasted nuts, orange peel and vanilla spice, it delivers mouth-filling flavors and finishes crisp with fabulous length. It will match well with seared tuna, Dungeness crab, wild mushroom risotto and roasted chicken.
