Enrico Prosecco Brut Italy's Premiere Sparkling Wine ENRICO PROSECCO BRUT is a delicious Italian Sparkling Wine produced from the Prosecco grape. The color is a brilliant straw yellow enlivened by its strands of tiny bubbles. It's aromatic quality is fresh and rich in fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit which fades into the floral bouquet. The mouth is soft, yet dry thanks to its good acidity. The winery, Bellussi Spumanti SRL, is located in Valdobbiadene about 30 miles from Venice in the heart of the Prosecco district. Prosecco is cultivated in the Veneto region of Italy. It is a mild, frothy, sparkling wine with a fruity bouquet. It is made in the Charmat process during which its bubbles are achieved during the secondary fermentation in large tanks.
