Prosecco Extra Dry

DSCN048922.jpg

Our Perfecto Prosecco Extra Dry Sparkling White Wine is obtained from the Prosecco grape using the Charmet method.  It is less dry than Brut, making it ideal as an apertif or for those who prefer a softer taste on the palate.  The winery, Bellussi Spumanti SRL, that also produces the Enrico Prosecco Brut, is located in Valdobbiadene about 30 miles from Venice in the heart of the Prosecco district.

Prosecco is cultivated in the Veneto region of Italy. It is a mild, frothy, sparkling wine with a fruity bouquet. It is made in the Charmat process during which its bubbles are achieved during the secondary fermentation in large tanks.
