L'Exception is a superb Brut Sparkling wine produced in France using the Tradional Champagne Method.  This sparkling wine is described as a Grand Cuvee because the grapes are selected from a very precise vineyard site identified for the outstanding quality of their soil and sub-soil. The Bouquet is crisp, lively and elegant.  The aromas are a delicate blend of White Flower, pear and other white flesh fruits and citrus.  On the palette the fine bubbles inpart a creamy sensation.  The flavor of fresh fruit and toasted hazelnut linger long at the finish. L'Exception is ideal as an Apertif, this wine is also excellent served with a meal of Salads, Fish and Poultry.
